Man convicted of hitting 2 month-old

A man was Wednesday, the 4.December, convicted for child abuse on his two-months old daughter.
In the court Morton change his story twice, after two hours in the court the jury agreed that Morton was guilty in child abuse.
When the family visit there house they could feal something was wrong, the daughter began to cry when they tried to change her clothes, Morton said he fold down the stairs with her daughter in his arms to explain her injures, but when the daughter came to the hospital she had to broken bones, and the investigation was started.
How long Morton would be in jail is not set yet, but the judgement will be set later.
